OEMs also have a responsibility to the environment, ink refilling firm says
Consumers will choose eco-friendly technologies if they are given the choice, Cartridge Expert’s sales manager has said.
In an interview with PCR, Andy Gray said: “Given a choice, consumers would like a green solution. Refilling an existing cartridge represents the greenest solution open to them.”
However, original equipment manufacturers also have an obligation to the environment, Gray added. “We… expect the OEMs to become smarter in the way they encourage refilling as opposed to the purchase of a new cartridge,” he said.
